Mitsui E&S is a Japanese heavy industries company. Despite its name, it no longer builds ships and now focuses mainly on production of high-value ship equipment such as engines and automated gantry cranes. Mitsui E&S is the largest supplier of gantry cranes in Japan with a market share of nearly 90 per cent, and its products are used at major ports such as Long Beach, Los Angeles, Mombasa, Ho Chi Minh, and Klang.
