It is headquartered in Kista Science City, Stockholm, Sweden. It is a major mobile network operator in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Tele2 started as a telecommunications company in Sweden in 1993 by the company Investment AB Kinnevik. In 2024, Tele2's ownership structure changed with Kinnevik selling its stake to French telecoms group Iliad's company Freya Investissement. Wikipedia
